A dog can bring so much joy to a family, but it is not an easy task to get a well behaved companion. At Aydt's Shepherds and Training LLC we offer training services for all ages and breeds to help them become the best family member. Our puppy and dog training services covers:

In-Home Services
Aydt's Shepherds and Training LLC offers private in-home training for dogs and puppies of all ages. Private lessons are held in the comfort of the family's home and our trainer will teach families step by step how to train their companion. Weekly homework will be distributed and checked before moving on. Children that are at least 6 years old are encouraged to participate in lessons. This ensures the whole family is on the same page and the dog learns to listen to all family members big and small. Before getting started our trainer will conduct a home consultation to customize a program.
Program Prices
6 week basic obedience: starting price is $500
10 week basic and advanced off leash training: starting at $900
There is an additional fee for travel and training equipment
Stay and Train

Our new climate controlled small kennel is being built winter 2024! We can't wait to bring back an old popular training service of ours.

For families that have a busy life style we offer a stay and train program. Dogs will receive two training sessions a day, play time, and walks on our 5 acre property. While in our care your dog will learn how to be a well-behaved, well-trained companion. Families will receive weekly updates and are strongly encouraged to visit weekly so the training transition is smooth. Each program comes with 3 follow up sessions. Our stay and train program are for puppies that are fully vaccinated and adult dogs that have friendly temperaments.

Program Prices:
daily rate of $75 / day + equipment included
3 week On Leash Beginner: $1,600
3 week Puppy- 6months and under: $1,600
3 week Advanced Off Leash: $1,800
Trained Dogs
If you are looking to add a trained companion to your family look no further. On occasion we have fully trained dogs for sale. All our dogs are hand picked and temperament tested before we begin our training process. They are chosen for their solid temperaments, friendly personalities, willingness to please, and trainability.

Are you looking for a certain breed? Contact us and we are more than happy to help you locate an ethical breeder to purchase from and we will begin the training process.
Home Consultations
We highly recommend scheduling a training consultation before choosing a training program. We do require home consultations for all In Home Training programs. This allows us to get to know your family, your dog, and for us to prepare you for your first lesson. If your dog has behavioral problems such as aggression or anxiety we need to be aware of these behaviors before arriving to your home. Home consultations for in home training or to discuss training programs are at least 60 minutes. Behavioral evaluations include a written report that contains training programs, prices, and a training plan. Home consultations and behavioral evaluations start at $100.
